Since we opened our doors almost 40 years ago, we’ve been on a mission to deliver the best obstetrics and gynecology care to our community, one patient at a time. We treat patients as part of the family and have been honored to care for multiple generations.

Ashtin Beckett, MD
Ashtin Beckett, MD graduated with honors from Mississippi State University in 2016 with a degree in Biomedical Engineering before pursuing a Master of Biomedical Science. She then worked as a researcher at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, focusing on preeclampsia and developing a strong foundation in women’s health. Ashtin earned her medical degree from UMMC in 2022 and remained there to complete Obstetrics and Gynecology residency in 2026. During residency, she served as an ACOG Junior Fellow from 2023–2025, where she was actively involved in leadership, advocacy, and clinical excellence, working to support residents and advance the specialty.
Ashtin is passionate about full-spectrum Ob/Gyn care and values building lasting relationships with patients through every stage of life. Her clinical interests include high-risk obstetrics, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, diagnosis and management of abnormal uterine bleeding and providing ongoing preventative healthcare. She strives to create a welcoming, supportive environment where patients feel heard, informed, and confident in their care.
Outside of medicine, she enjoys spending time outdoors, listening to and playing music, painting, and working out. Most of all, she loves spending time with her husband and son. Originally from Durham, North Carolina, Ashtin and her family are excited to be back in the state and to put down roots in the Winston-Salem community while caring for patients and their families.
April Toscano, MSN, APRN, WHNP-BC
April Toscano, MSN, APRN, WHNP-BC, is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with 10 years of experience caring for women through every stage of life. She earned her BSN and MSN from MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston, where she completed a dual specialty program in Women’s Health and Adult-Gerontology Primary Care.
Over the course of her career, April has developed a passion for helping women navigate both complex and everyday health concerns. She spent five years working in Maternal-Fetal Medicine caring for high-risk pregnancies and four years specializing in menopausal hormone therapy, helping women feel their best during the menopause transition and beyond.
In 2026, April and her family relocated to Winston-Salem from Nebraska after her husband separated from the Air Force. She is committed to building meaningful relationships with her patients and providing personalized, compassionate care that helps women achieve their health goals.
When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find her cooking, trying out a new local restaurant, playing golf, or chasing her two young children around the playground.
